What a cool experience for the kids of FCCNS when a firefighter came to our school and put on all of his gear and told us all about fire safety and answered all our questions!

Cleveland Metro Parks Visits FCCNS

Naturalist Carol Ward of Cleveland Metro Parks visited FCCNS this week.  All the classes got to talk about the changes in the weather and our environment happening right now.  Each child got to explore the colors and shapes of leaves and talk about the different trees they come from. Afterward they each got to create their own leaf rubbing.  Big thanks to Carol for sharing her time with our school and to the Enrichment Committee for organizing another great educational event.
